Looking for a fun and rewarding career? Become a certified Infant Aquatics Instructor and join the team that makes a difference in the lives of children around the world by teaching kids to SWIM•Float•SWIM! and more! Make the commitment today to teach kids valuable water skills that will last a lifetime.
What is the SWIM•Float•SWIM! Method?
SWIM•Float•SWIM! is the safest, and most effective, way to learn to swim. Infant Aquatics Instructors teach this method to all students to allow them to safely enjoy the water. Infants learn to roll over to a stable back float, which allows them to breathe until they can be rescued. Toddlers learn to propel through the water, roll over to float, relax and breathe on their backs, and flip onto their tummies and continue to swim again.
Come to SWIM•Float•SWIM! for an Enhanced Experience
From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., our facility is buzzing. Our 91-degree training pool is home to private lessons and continuing group classes for younger students. Our 89-degree lap pool hosts our amazing stroke school.
During your six-week instructor training program, you will receive hands-on training with Judy Heumann throughout the morning teaching infants to roll back to float, and teaching toddlers how to SWIM•Float•SWIM!. Additional hands-on training is available later in the afternoon.
You’re also invited to assist our experienced staff of six Infant Aquatic Survival Specialists with group Aquababies and FunDay classes, which will give you the ability to expand your program and provide year-round income potential. And don’t forget to hop in the lap pool so our stroke instructors can show you how our program provides a natural foundation for kids to transition into mastering competitive swim strokes.
