Instructor Certification Update

Infant Aquatic Survival℠ Instructor Certification at SWIM•Float•SWIM!℠

Infant Aquatics℠ instructor certification continues at SWIM•Float•SWIM!℠ in Longmont Colorado.    Kelly Fisher and Jessica Gonzales are heading into the final week of the 6 week instructor certification course. They are undergoing an intense training experience with Infant Aquatics℠ founder Judy Heumann.   The Infant Aquatics℠ certification will equip them to teach infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers lifesaving Infant Aquatic Survival℠ skills when they return home to Australia and California next week.

Kelly and Jessica have learned to teach babies as young as 6 months to safely roll to their back when submerged in the water and float until they can be rescued. Here is Jessica with 8 month old Henry, after only 3 weeks of lessons.

They have also mastered the technique for teaching toddlers to swim until air is needed, then roll to their back to rest and breathe, and return to face down swimming again.  In other words, they have learned how to teach kids to SWIM•Float•SWIM!℠ Check out this video of  17 month old Molly during her 5th week of lessons.
